Role Overview

We are scaling our current vertical focusing on Quick Commerce. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a lead Program Manager for this vertical. The candidate will be spearheading the development, and execution of our reverse logistics operations,



ensuring seamless processes and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive strategy and roadmap for the Quick Commerce vertical in alignment with the company's objectives and growth targets.
• Team Coordination and BAU: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Quick Commerce across cities, lead daily standups and maintain proper coordination with multiple internal teams including operations, product-tech, finance etc.
• Expansion and Scalability: Drive the expansion of quick commerce to new hubs and cities according to the phased rollout plan. Identify opportunities for scalability and growth while maintaining operational excellence.
• PnL Management: Manage end to end PnL, improve Gross Margins as business scales and drive visibility to all teams.
