About Home Sutra Living
Home Sutra Living is an interior design firm focused on creating thoughtfully designed, functional, and beautiful spaces. We are looking for a Business Manager who can build client relationships, drive business growth, and convert potential enquiries into successful interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with potential clients and understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Handle company-provided leads, schedule client meetings, conduct follow-ups, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Present our interior design services and communicate project value effectively to clients.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with homeowners, prospective clients, and business partners.
• Understand client expectations and coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Negotiate proposals, discuss budgets, and support the client acquisition process.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking,



referrals, and relationship building.
• Maintain lead records, track conversions, and work towards business development targets.
• Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of Home Sutra Living.

Requirements
• Experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to convert leads into clients and build long-term professional relationships.
• A target-oriented approach with excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• Interest or experience in interior design, architecture, home décor, or real estate will be an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
