About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to generate new business, build client relationships and drive revenue growth. Freshers with strong communication and a target-driven mindset are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails and online channels to generate leads and convert them into business
Understand client and pitch suitable products/services
Handle client interaction, follow-ups and relationship management
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor relationships
Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups and sales in CRM/Excel
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth




Prepare regular sales and performance reports
Manage time effectively to handle multiple leads and deadlines
