Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential partners and clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.



Daily responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and tracking performance metrics to meet growth targets. The role also requires regular in-person meetings, networking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives in the pet care ecosystem.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• Strong Business acumen, including understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and partnership models.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining long-term relationships, handling queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Experience in B2B or platform-based business
