About the RoleMatrix Design Works is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and research skills, sound material knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from initial concept development through design coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct design research, material research and site analysis.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts and concept presentations.
• Prepare architectural drawings, detailed drawings and design documentation.
• Research and select appropriate materials, finishes and construction details.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and execution teams.
• Manage projects through various stages,



from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring design intent and quality are maintained.
• Assist in site coordination, progress monitoring and resolving design-related issues.

Required Skills• Strong design sensibility, visualisation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction methods and detailing.
• Ability to independently take ownership of tasks and manage project responsibilities.
• Robust communication, research, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Software ProficiencyAutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Google Workspace.
