Experience: 3–5 years in international/export sales | Industry: Medical devices, orthopaedic implants, Pharma, rehabilitation, or healthcare exports (preferred)
About the role
Nebula manufactures orthopaedic implants and rehabilitation products sold in India and, increasingly, worldwide. As Export Sales Executive, you'll own the growth of our international business — opening recent markets, building the distributor network, and turning inquiries into repeat, paying customers. This is a build role: you'll have real ownership of which countries we enter next and who we partner with to get there.

You'll sit close to the product and close to the decisions that shape where we grow.
What success looks like
You'll be measured on outcomes, not activity. Within your first year, a strong performer will:
• Hit export sales and revenue-growth targets
• Appoint and activate new distributors in priority markets
• Open at least one new country for the portfolio
• Keep the order-to-collection cycle clean — high conversion, low overdue receivables
• Retain existing accounts and grow them into repeat business
What you'll do
Win new business
• Identify new international markets and generate export inquiries — portals, exhibitions, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals
• Appoint distributors, dealers, and channel partners, then train and support them to sell
• Own quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiation through to confirmed orders
Grow and keep accounts
• Be the relationship owner for international customers — presentations, queries, after-sales supp
