About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, hands on Creative Production Lead who can independently manage the complete video production workflow from client coordination and shoot planning to editing, quality control, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple brand accounts, client meetings, feedback, approvals, and production-related issues.
• Plan shoot calendars and coordinate with cinematographers and shoot teams.
• Manage editors, assign tasks, set priorities, and track editing timelines and revisions.
• Review videos for creative quality and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain production trackers, manage deadlines, minimize reshoots,



and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Lead the production team, ensure accountability, and report progress to the Head of Production.

Requirements
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in video or creative production management.
• Strong understanding of shooting, editing, and end-to-end production workflows.
• Excellent client communication, team management, planning, and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple brands and high-volume video production.

Significant: We need an all-rounder who can independently own the entire production process not just coordinate shoots or manage editors.
