Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Pitampura, North Delhi. The Social Media Executive will manage daily posting and content updates across key social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity. Responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The role involves writing captions and short-form content, responding to comments and messages,



and coordinating with the marketing and creative teams for photo shoots, product launches, and promotions. The Social Media Executive will also stay updated on trends in beauty, fashion, and hair care to create relevant, engaging content that supports brand growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
• Media Planning experience to design, schedule, and optimize campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Effective Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging captions, community interaction, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Familiarity with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands and an interest in hair care and styling.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance data.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
