KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a multi-functional role where you will be cross-trained in various departments to gain holistic exposure to our operations, sales, marketing, and customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales & Client Acquisition
• Handle inbound travel enquiries from prospective clients across various channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and website leads.
• Demonstrate strong persuasion and consultative selling skills to convert leads into business
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and warm leads to introduce our services, qualify opportunities, and generate new business.
• Follow up methodically with leads through the sales cycle, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication to maximize conversion rates.

Customer and Partner Coordination:
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers/ travel partners before, during & after trips.
• Ensure seamless communication regarding bookings, itineraries, and any changes.

Process Custodian:




• Maintain and manage information related to the company’s various processes and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Ensure all internal workflows are smooth and organized.

Research Assistance:
• Support the marketing and sales teams by conducting detailed internet research on destinations, travel trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations to aid strategic decisions.

Trip Operations Management:
• Handle the end-to-end operations of trips, including pre-booking arrangements, real-time coordination during trips, and post-trip processes.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns to ensure a flawless travel experience.

SKILL SET & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Skills:
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for creating reports and managing data.
• Solid secondary research skills to gather, analyze, and present information effectivel
