About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our global IT Operations team.



This role plays a key part in coordinating operational activities, reporting, service improvements, documentation, and service transition readiness across multiple teams and suppliers.
You will act as a central coordination point, ensuring actions, risks, dependencies, and improvement initiatives are tracked through to completion while supporting operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Operational Coordination
• Manage action, risk, issue, and dependency trackers.
• Coordinate operational meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor overdue actions and ensure accountability across teams.
• Support cross-functional planning and operational delivery activities.

Reporting & Governance Support
• Prepare operational dashboards, KPI reports, and management updates.
• Consolidate reporting inputs from technical teams and suppliers.
• Maintain reporting templates, repositories, and version
