Role Description The Assistant Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role supports senior account managers in coordinating client projects, including gathering requirements, preparing briefs, and ensuring timely delivery of advertising and packaging design work. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, tracking project progress, preparing status reports, and assisting in presentations and reviews. The Assistant Account Manager also collaborates closely with creative, design,



and strategy teams to align deliverables with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves managing documentation, following up on approvals, and helping maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
• Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities, with a focus on clear, professional communication and responsiveness.
• Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and packaging design processes, and interest in strategy-driven creative work.
• Solid organizational and project coordination skills, including time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with project management or collaboration tools.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, handle feedback constructively, and support multiple projects simultaneously.
