Role Description The Senior Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for leading and nurturing long-term relationships with Mookuthi’s clients and community. This role includes overseeing client communications, ensuring a high-quality in-store and post-purchase experience, and proactively addressing client needs and feedback. The individual will manage key accounts, coordinate with design, operations,



and marketing teams to personalize client journeys, and drive repeat business and referrals. Daily tasks involve supervising client-facing staff, monitoring service standards, resolving escalations, and using client insights to improve engagement strategies. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will also contribute to events, client outreach initiatives, and brand storytelling to deepen emotional connections with the brand.
