Role Description The Admissions Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving admissions and enrollment growth for Shiksolve’s learning programs. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and counseling them on suitable courses and pathways.



The specialist will manage the admissions pipeline, follow up on leads, conduct consultations via calls and meetings, and convert prospects into enrolled participants. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to growth initiatives and campaigns to improve conversion rates. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing reports, and providing feedback to refine Shiksolve’s offerings and outreach strategies.
