OT Helping Staff / OT Assistant

Salary: ₹8000 to 12,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking OT Helping Staff / OT Assistant to support our medical and clinical team during OT procedures and ensure proper cleanliness, preparation, and availability of OT equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the medical team during OT procedures as required.
• Prepare the OT before procedures and ensure all necessary items are available.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the OT area.
• Assist with arranging and handling OT instruments and supplies.
• Ensure instruments and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained as per clinic protocols.
• Support doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff during procedures.
• Dispose of medical waste according to clinic guidelines.




• Maintain proper stock of OT consumables and inform the concerned person when supplies are low.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
• Perform other OT-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or OT will be an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Should be punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willingness to learn and follow medical safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical workplace.
