Aspire Scale is a B2B revenue intelligence and sales growth company. We help growing Indian businesses build predictable pipelines through lead generation, sales systems, and closing support. We work with founders and decision-makers of mid-sized companies — people who want real results, not empty promises.

We're building our sales team and looking for someone who loves conversations, isn't afraid of the phone, and wants to grow quick in B2B sales.

What You'll Do
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to founders, directors, and business owners (warm and cold leads)
- Have genuine, consultative conversations — understand the prospect's business before pitching anything
- Qualify leads on need, decision-making authority, budget, and urgency
- Book qualified meetings for our closing team and make sure they actually show up (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)
- Follow up with WhatsApp and ad leads to convert them into booked meetings
- Maintain clean, daily records in our CRM: dials, connects, meetings booked, meetings attended




- Share feedback on objections and market response to sharpen our pitch

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B calling, inside sales, telesales, or appointment setting (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply)
- Confident, clear communication in both Hindi and English
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Resilient — you treat a "no" as part of the process, not the end of the day
- Organised and disciplined with daily targets and follow-ups
- Basic familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business

Bonus If You Have
- Experience selling services (marketing, consulting, SaaS, or agency services) to businesses
- A track record of hitting booking or show-up targets
