Role Description
The Senior HR Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating selection processes, and managing offer negotiations.



The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for core business and support functions. The Senior HR Recruiter will also handle recruitment reporting, support employer branding initiatives, ensure compliance with HR policies, and contribute to onboarding and integration of new hires. The position requires close collaboration with HR leadership to continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
