Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at our TVS showroom in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, present suitable bike and scooter options, and explain product features, pricing, and financing schemes. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting test ride coordination, preparing quotations, and supporting completion of sales documentation and delivery formalities.



The role also involves maintaining showroom display standards, following up with prospective customers, updating sales records, and contributing to monthly sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact through post-sale support.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand needs and build trust.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in closing deals and meeting targets (automotive or retail sales preferred).
• Basic product knowledge aptitude, with willingness to learn technical features of motorcycles and scooters.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English.
• Comfort with using phones, messaging apps, and basic computer tools to manage leads and sales records.
