Role Description The Head of Finance and Accounting is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading all financial and accounting operations at Blox.xyz. This role oversees the preparation and review of financial statements, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, and manages budgeting and forecasting processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, maintaining internal controls,



ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The Head of Finance and Accounting will partner closely with senior leadership to support growth initiatives, optimize financial performance, and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. The role also includes building and mentoring the finance and accounting team, improving systems and processes, and implementing best practices across the function.

• Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in managing Financial Statements and overall financial operations.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including statutory reporting, management reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
