Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Krishnagiri.



The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with distribution partners, corporate clients, and individual customers, and support achievement of sales and revenue targets for health insurance products. The role involves conducting market research, mapping potential segments, and implementing local sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, operations, and customer service for smooth policy issuance and servicing. The Business Development Manager will also organize promotional activities, drive customer engagement initiatives, and provide regular reporting and insights to management on market trends and performance.
