Your Role And Responsibilities

You will manage in-country HR & Talent Transformation BPO delivery teams, providing hire-to-retire HR support to global clients from India. You will be responsible for the delivery execution of client contracts, ensuring adherence to the Scope of Work, Service Level Agreement, and Key Performance Indicators. Your role involves ensuring compliance with all audit requirements outlined in the contract, as well as compliance with Business Controls guidelines and Key Control over Business requirements. Additionally, you will focus on the training, growth, and development of your delivery teams, managing performance and employee engagement.
