Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, possess good communication skills, and have an interest in software sales, customer engagement, and business development.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Introduce and promote the company's SaaS products, including recruitment ATS and CRM solutions.




• Understand customer requirements and explain product features and benefits.
• Identify potential business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with interested prospects.
• Nurture leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
• Handle initial customer queries and coordinate with the sales team to close business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers.
