Edugreed Academy – Nikol Branch, Ahmedabad

Edugreed Academy is looking for an experienced and energetic Branch Head / Academic Head to take complete ownership of our Nikol branch.

We are looking for someone who has experience working as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, School Coordinator, Centre Head, or Senior Academic Administrator and understands how to build systems, maintain academic quality, lead teachers, manage students and parents, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of an educational institution.

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Growth-Based Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Academic Leadership

* Take complete ownership of the academic functioning of the branch.
* Develop and implement academic plans for all classes and subjects.
* Ensure timely completion of syllabus according to the academic calendar.
* Maintain teaching quality and academic standards.
* Review lesson plans,



teaching methodology, tests and study material.
* Identify academic gaps and implement corrective actions.
* Develop systems for continuous academic improvement.

2. Curriculum & Planning

* Prepare and maintain the annual academic calendar.
* Plan monthly, weekly and daily academic activities.
* Coordinate examinations, tests, revisions, PTMs, seminars and academic events.
* Develop structured plans for board examination preparation.
* Ensure proper implementation of curriculum across different boards and classes.
* Coordinate special classes, doubt sessions, remedial classes and revision programs.

3. Faculty Management

* Lead and manage the faculty team.
* Monitor teacher performance and classroom quality.
* Conduct regular faculty meetings.
* Set academic expectations and KPIs for teachers.
* Identify training requirements and arrange faculty development sessions.
