Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Dehradun for Executive, Senior Executive, Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, and Assistant Manager positions. Role holders will identify and engage prospective customers, explain affordable housing loan products, conduct preliminary eligibility assessments,



and support applicants through the loan documentation and approval process. They will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure regular follow-ups, and manage collections and portfolio health while adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with branch and credit teams, generating leads through field visits and local market networking, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Team members are expected to uphold Grihum’s values, deliver high-quality customer service, and contribute to branch growth targets.

• Customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client connections.
