Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (in office)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Analysis
● Analyze trends in traffic, conversion rates, CAC, AOV, ROAS, repeat purchase, etc. across online and offline channels.
● Analyze store stock availability,



develop improvements in replenishment logic and implement it
● Identify root causes behind performance fluctuations and present actionable insights during review meetings.
● Carry out ad hoc deep dives based on business questions-e.g., cohort analysis, funnel drop-offs, customer segmentation, etc.
2. Dashboarding & Reporting
● Build and maintain performance dashboards across marketing, website, app, and operations using tools like Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
● Automate data pulls and reporting wherever possible using connectors, scripts, or APIs. ● Ensure regular updates of dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) and accuracy of all reported metrics.
● Consolidate data from multiple sources data pipelines and ETL processes (Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, Marketplaces, etc.) into unified views.
3. Data Automation & Infrastructure
● Work with internal/external
