Role Description The Site Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day cafeteria operations at client locations. The Site Manager coordinates with food vendors, facility teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth meal service,



adherence to quality and hygiene standards, and consistent customer satisfaction. This role includes monitoring order flows on the HungerBox platform, managing staff schedules, handling onsite escalations, and ensuring compliance with client policies and regulatory requirements. The Site Manager tracks key performance metrics, prepares regular reports, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall dining experience. The position also involves training and guiding onsite teams, conducting audits, and supporting client engagement activities as needed.

• Operational management skills, including experience overseeing daily site operations, vendor coordination, and staff supervision.
