Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Department Manager role based in Jaipur. The Department Manager oversees daily operations of an assigned store department, including merchandising, stock management, visual display standards, and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include leading and scheduling the department team, monitoring sales performance, driving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.



The role involves coordinating with store leadership on promotions, inventory planning, loss prevention, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant store workplace. The Department Manager also coaches team members, handles escalated customer queries, and contributes to continuous improvement of store processes.
