Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior E-Learning Developer to lead the development of engaging, interactive, and learner-centric digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-learning development, instructional design implementation, multimedia creation, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

As a Senior E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end course development projects, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovation through modern learning technologies and AI-powered tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Learning Development• Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Create advanced interactive learning experiences, including branching scenarios, simulations, gamification,



and assessments.
• Transform storyboards and instructional content into engaging digital learning solutions.
• Ensure all learning modules align with instructional design principles and learning objectives.

Multimedia & Visual Design• Create and integrate graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia elements into learning content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to enhance learner engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual excellence across all learning assets.

LMS & Course Deployment• Publish and deploy SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses.
• Test and troubleshoot course functionality across LMS platforms and devices.
• Monitor learner tracking and reporting to ensure accurate performance data.

Quality Assurance & Accessibility• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews before deployment.
• Ensure courses comply with accessibility standards and best pract
