About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & CRO Specialist who can take ownership of the complete digital customer funnel from audience targeting and acquisition to conversion, retargeting and repeat purchase.
We are looking for someone who understands why customers convert, why they drop off, and how to systematically improve every stage of the funnel through data, experimentation and accurate targeting.
The person will work closely with the marketing, creative, technology and business teams to continuously improve traffic quality, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS and overall revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Audience Targeting & Customer Segmentation

Develop highly relevant target audiences based on customer demographics, behaviour, interests, intent and purchase history.
Identify high-value customer segments and create differentiated acquisition strategies for each.
Develop customer journeys for cold, warm and high-intent audiences.
Continuously analyse audience performance and refine targeting based on conversion and revenue data.

2. Funnel Strategy & Optimization





Own the complete funnel:
Ad → Landing Page → Product/Service Page → Lead/Add to Cart → Checkout → Purchase → Repeat Purchase
Identify leakage and drop-offs at every stage of the funnel.
Build strategies to improve conversion at each stage.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Analyse website behaviour and identify conversion barriers.
Improve landing pages, product pages, forms, CTAs, navigation, checkout and overall user experience.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing wherever relevant.
Test creatives, content, trust elements and other conversion triggers.
Use data and user behaviour rather than assumptions to make optimization decisions.

4. Performance Marketing & Acquisition

Plan and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant digital platforms.
Analyse campaign performance at audience, creative, placement, keyword and funnel level.
Continuously optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rate
