We are looking for someone who owns Prakrtiya’s paid acquisition strategy and execution across digital channels. Your mandate is to drive sustainable, profitable growth, not simply increase traffic or advertising spend. The ideal candidate combines hands-on campaign expertise with solid commercial judgment. You should understand the nuances of Indian D2C commerce, including COD behaviour, regional differences, offer strategy, attribution, repeat purchases and the relationship between acquisition costs and contribution margin. Experience with health, wellness, nutrition, personal care, Ayurveda or a related consumer category will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Manage the full acquisition funnel, from audience discovery and creative testing to conversion and repeat purchase.




• Build channel plans and allocate budgets based on CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, payback period and growth potential.
• Develop a structured testing roadmap covering audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers and campaign formats.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to produce performance-led advertisements and improve creative velocity.
• Translate campaign data into clear creative briefs, identifying the hooks, formats and messages that drive results.
• Improve conversion rates across product pages, landing pages and checkout journeys. Analyse customer behaviour by channel, geography, device, payment method, product and cohort.
• Account for India-specific factors such as COD, RTO, prepaid conversion, regional demand patterns and seasonal buying behaviour.
• Partner with product, retention and operations teams to improve customer lifetime value and overall unit economics.
