Role Description The Equity Research Analyst – Trainee will support the team in analyzing listed companies, sectors, and market trends to generate investment insights and recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and interpreting financial data, building and maintaining financial models, tracking company news and results, and preparing concise research notes and presentations. The role also involves valuation analyses,



monitoring portfolio performance, and contributing to the development of thematic and sector reports. This is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with dealers, relationship managers, and other team members in a fast-paced market environment.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements, identify key drivers, and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, relative valuation, ratio analysis).
