Position: Area Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Field Sales Executive with a strong background in the Diagnostics industry. The role will be responsible for driving sales of diagnostic instruments, reagents, consumables, and related products, developing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and distributors across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of diagnostic instruments, reagents, consumables, and laboratory products across the assigned territory and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with diagnostic laboratories, pathology centres, hospitals, clinics, laboratory professionals, purchase teams, and distributors.
• Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, lead generation, referrals, market mapping, and customer meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diagnostic products and solutions,



including conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer visits, product demonstrations, order closure, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and new business opportunities, and provide regular updates to the management.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and industry events to promote the company's diagnostic products and expand the customer network.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Field Sales / Business Development within the Diagnostics industry is mandatory.
• Experience in selling diagnostic instruments, reagents, laboratory equipment, IVD products, or diagnostic consumab
