Hiring: Solution Architect – ERP | Bangalore
We are hiring an experienced Solution Architect with strong techno-functional expertise in ERP solutions, enterprise architecture, and end-to-end business process transformation.
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and solutioning for enterprise architecture projects.
• Design scalable, integrated ERP solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective techno-functional solutions.
• Drive business process design, optimization, and integration across enterprise applications.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP platforms, cloud environments, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.





Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 10–15 years of overall experience in ERP implementation, solution architecture, and enterprise solution design.
• Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle ERP.
• SAP experience is not required; SAP-only profiles will not be considered.
• Must have experience in end-to-end solutioning and ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of core business processes, including:
• PTP: Procure to Pay
• OTC: Order to Cash
• TM: Transportation Management
• GTM: Global Trade Management
• Strong techno-functional expertise with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Mandatory cloud experience and a solid understanding of application architecture and system integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or other indust
