Role Description:
Looking for a full time Area Sales & Service Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to support dealers and distributors, coordinate with all channel partners, develop business opportunities, and ensure effective sales and after-sales service within the assigned territory. The role follows a hybrid work model, combining dealer visits, office collaboration, and work-from-home flexibility.

Experience:
• Experience in Lab and Scientific Instruments.
• Analytical Laboratory Balances, Moisture Analyzer, Ultrasonic Cleaner, various Laboratory Instruments like Polarimeter, Refractometer, pH Meter, Dissolved Oxygen Meter, Conductivity Meter, Viscometer, Spectrophotometer, Etc.

Responsibilities




The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, including identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s range of lab and scientific instruments. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with dealers, understanding their technical requirements.

The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and after-sales support.

Qualifications
• Experience in the laboratory, scientific instruments, or related technical field, with the ability to understand product features and applications.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field; relevant sales experience in B2B technical products is preferred.
