Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their housing and investment needs. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits,



and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and new projects, while coordinating with developers and internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely communication. The executive will handle documentation support, follow up on client queries, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and provide post-sales assistance to help clients transition smoothly into their new properties.
