Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Billing / Planning Engineer for a high-rise building construction project in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project progress monitoring, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities• Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and calculate quantities for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Verify site measurements against approved drawings, specifications, and applicable IS Codes.
• Prepare and process Running Account (RA) Bills, subcontractor bills, and Final Bills.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed estimates based on construction drawings.
• Handle billing activities for high-rise construction works, including RCC structure, Mivan/formwork, and finishing activities.
• Work with CPWD norms, DSR rates, technical specifications, and standard measurement procedures.
• Conduct rate analysis for extra items and non-scheduled items.




• Prepare escalation claims, deviation statements, extra-item bills, and variation statements.
• Review tender documents, work orders, contract conditions, and BOQ items.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors for measurement verification and bill certification.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain quantity reconciliation, material consumption records, cost reports, and billing documentation.
• Support project planning, resource coordination, and schedule updates to ensure timely project execution.

Required Skills• Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost control.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial building construction.
• Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, Mivan, and finishing quantities.
