We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who knows how to turn clicks into conversions and ad budgets into measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising platforms.
- Drive conversions, improve ROAS, and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign metrics, run A/B tests, and identify current growth opportunities.
- Manage ad budgets and make data-backed decisions to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads like Amazon and Flipkart.
- A data-driven mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a focus on results.
