Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Orchha Palace and Resorts in Orchha. This role is responsible for driving room, events, and F&B; revenue through proactive sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate and leisure accounts, and nurturing relationships with travel agents and event planners. The Sales Manager will conduct regular sales calls and property visits, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate follow-up to convert leads into confirmed bookings.



Daily tasks include maintaining sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams on promotional campaigns, and supporting the planning of weddings, conferences, and special events. The role also involves representing the resort at trade shows, networking events, and local partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in hospitality sales, preferably in resorts, hotels, or luxury properties, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong skills in account management, business development, and relationship building with corporate, leisure, and group clients.
• Ability to prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing strategies aligned with revenue goals.
