About The Role

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our Rockhampton Clinic. You'll work closely with customers, audiologists, and the wider team to ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, responding to enquiries and providing tailored information about our services and products.
• Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
• Guiding customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolving customer concerns and delivering outstanding service experiences.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
