What You'll Do

Client Strategy
- Be the primary point of contact for a client portfolio
- Build and present data-driven SEO strategies aligned to client goals
- Lead kickoffs, monthly reviews, and strategy sessions
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Campaign Execution
- Own end-to-end SEO campaigns: on time, in scope, high quality
- Stay hands-on with technical audits, keyword research, on-page, content strategy, and link building
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO Specialists
- Run feedback sessions, performance reviews, and development plans
- Act as the escalation point for complex SEO issues




- Design and lead the SEO intern training program

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in SEO, including 2+ years leading a team
- Strong client-facing experience (communication, expectations, reporting)
- Hands-on SaaS SEO experience; agency background preferred
- Multi-niche expertise with a solid campaign portfolio
- Expert in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA, and GSC
- Strong technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills
