Role Description

The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the executive will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online support channels, providing clear and timely resolutions. The role involves guiding creators and brand partners through platform features, troubleshooting technical or account-related issues,



and escalating complex cases to relevant internal teams when needed. The executive will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on open tickets, and ensure a smooth and supportive user experience. Additional responsibilities include gathering user feedback, contributing to support documentation, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Strong customer support and customer service skills, with a focus on empathetic communication and issue resolution.
• Experience managing online support channels and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to provide basic technical support and troubleshoot platform-related issues in a clear, user-friendly manner.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
