Role Description The Maintenance Head – Steel Wire is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and utilities within the steel wire manufacturing facility. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with on-site presence required for core operations and some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as planning, reporting, and documentation.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime in production. The role also involves managing maintenance staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety procedures and compliance standards. The Maintenance Head collaborates with production, quality, and procurement teams to optimize equipment performance, manage spare parts inventory, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Maintenance Management and Maintenance for industrial machinery and equipment.
