Role Description:
The Consultant role at Mexef Quality Source is an in office position based in Ahmedabad.



This role involves working closely with client organizations to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design solutions aligned with ISO, Six Sigma, and OPEX frameworks. The Consultant will conduct data-driven analyses, participate in time and motion studies, support lean waste reduction initiatives, and assist with ISO systems integration and certification readiness. Daily tasks include preparing reports and presentations, facilitating workshops and training sessions, coordinating with client stakeholders, and monitoring implementation progress against agreed project plans. The Consultant is also expected to contribute to continuous improvement of Mexef Quality Source’s methodologies and support business development activities as needed.

Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and experience supporting audits or certifications.
