The Role

We are looking for a Growth Intern to join our team and support initiatives across customer acquisition, engagement, partnerships, campaigns and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical and eager to understand how businesses identify growth opportunities,



acquire customers and build sustainable engagement. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on exposure to real business and growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Support the team in identifying and evaluating current growth opportunities across products, customers and partnerships.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify trends, opportunities and insights.
• Assist in planning and executing growth campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives across relevant channels.
• Analyse campaign and business performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate key growth metrics and insights.
• Assist with A/B testing and other growth experiments to evaluate new ideas and initiatives.
