Job Description

• Manage and provide legal support for co-lending transactions, including structuring, documentation, due diligence, and execution of agreements.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of commercial and corporate contracts and agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, business partners, vendors, and other external parties.
• Ensure contracts adequately protect the organisation’s legal and commercial interests while supporting business objectives.




• Conduct and support legal and regulatory audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide legal advice on business transactions, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and potential legal risks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks associated with business arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Business, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and senior management on legal matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of contracts, legal opinions, approvals, and other legal deliverables.
• Monitor applicable legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organisation.
• Support in resolving contractual disputes and other legal matters, in coordination with external counsel wherever required.
