Role Description The Recruitment Specialist at PHYSIOPLUS is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for clinical and non-clinical positions. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain talent pipelines,



and ensure a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include updating job postings, managing recruitment databases, organizing selection processes, supporting onboarding and initial training coordination, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Recruiting and Hiring for diverse roles and levels.
• Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
• Strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with stakeholders.
• Experience in Training or supporting onboarding and initial talent development.
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in healthcare or allied health services.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
