Interior Designer | Senior Designer | Residential Interiors | End-to-End Project Ownership

This is not a drawing-only Interior Designer role.
At FABDIZ, once you're assigned a signed residential project, you become the primary design owner from client brief to project handover.
You will meet the client, understand the brief, develop the design, present your ideas, coordinate BOQ and materials, work with production and execution teams, visit sites and solve design challenges until the final home is delivered.
You design it.
You own it.
You see it come alive.

What You Will Own
Your journey will typically look like:
Client Brief → Concept → Space Planning → 3D Design → Client Presentation → Design Finalisation → BOQ Coordination → Production Coordination → Site Execution → Handover

Your core responsibilities will include:
• Design premium residential apartments, villas and turnkey homes
• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards and material palettes
• Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, lighting and décor elements

• Create 3D visualisations and detailed working drawings
• Present designs directly to homeowners and handle design discussions
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production, Vendors and Installation Teams
• Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution challenges
• Protect the approved design intent from concept through execution
• Understand BOQs, materials, specifications, scope changes and cost implications

What Makes This Role Different?
You will not simply receive a brief, prepare drawings and pass the project to someone else.
You will have meaningful ownership of the design journey.
We expect you to ask:
Can this layout work better?
Can the storage be smarter?
Can we improve the client's experience?
Can this design be executed more efficiently?
Can we create something distinctive without compromising functionality or budget?
At FABDIZ, independent design thinking is encouraged and ownership is e
