About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager to lead end-to-end student placement and internship operations across all centers. The role requires strong corporate and institutional networks, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build placement opportunities through structured planning and effective coordination.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary link between Skill Univ, recruiting companies, hospitals and industry partners, and college managements.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Placement & Internship Management




• Manage end-to-end placement and internship operations, from chance sourcing to offer closure.
• Plan and monitor placement and internship calendars.
• Maintain centralized placement data, dashboards, and reports.
• Standardize placement processes across centers.

Corporate Relations & Tie-ups
• Build and strengthen corporate tie-ups with companies and industry partners.
• Develop relationships with HR teams, senior management, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new corporate leads and expand placement opportunities.
• Represent the organization at corporate meetings, job fairs, and industry networking events.

College & Institutional Coordination
• Establish placement partnerships with colleges and institutions.
• Coordinate with college management, academic heads, and placement cells.
• Negotiate and finalize MOUs and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate communication between colleges and recruiting companies.
