About the roleYour Metabolic Doctor, yMD, is looking for two energetic and ownership driven interns to work across patient outreach, customer success, lead management and sales.
This is a hands on role. You will directly interact with prospective patients and help move them from first enquiry to consultation, onboarding and continued engagement.

What you will do• Reach out to prospective patients through calls, WhatsApp and email
• Understand patient needs and qualify incoming leads
• Explain yMD services clearly and professionally
• Schedule consultations and support patient onboarding
• Follow up consistently with interested patients
• Re engage leads who did not complete their booking
• Maintain CRM records and update every meaningful interaction
• Track leads from enquiry to consultation and conversion
• Identify common questions,



objections and drop off points
• Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams
• Help improve outreach scripts, follow up workflows and patient journeys
• Work towards defined outreach and conversion goals
