About TruckBillTruckBill is a transport management and billing software designed for transporters, fleet owners, brokers, and logistics businesses. It helps businesses manage trips, LR/Bilty, billing, expenses, payments, vehicle maintenance, and profitability through a single platform.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and customer-oriented qualified who can conduct online product demonstrations, understand customer pain points, answer questions in real time, and convert interested prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct online product demos through Google Meet, Zoom, and phone calls.
• Understand the client's business model, workflow, and operational challenges.
• Explain relevant TruckBill features in simple, practical language.
• Handle client questions, objections, and concerns confidently during demos.




• Convince prospects by demonstrating how TruckBill can solve their business problems.
• Follow up with leads, schedule demos, and convert trials into paid subscriptions.
• Assist customers during onboarding and help them get started with the software.
• Coordinate with the product and technical team when queries require further investigation.
• Maintain lead status, follow-ups, demo outcomes, and sales pipeline records in the CRM.
• Collect customer feedback and share feature requests with the product team.

Required Skills• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
• Ability to think on the spot and respond to unexpected questions.
