About the RoleWe are looking for a Brand Solutions Manager / Brand Partnerships Manager who can independently drive business development, build strong brand relationships, understand client requirements and convert them into impactful influencer marketing solutions.
This is not a traditional sales or follow-up role. We are looking for someone who can own the entire brand partnership cycle — from identifying opportunities and pitching to negotiation, closure and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and build relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, growth teams and agencies.
• Generate current business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking,



referrals and existing relationships.
• Understand brand objectives and create relevant influencer marketing solutions and campaign strategies.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitches, creator recommendations and commercials.
• Lead client conversations, negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure → handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Coordinate with the internal Operations and Creator teams to ensure smooth campaign handover.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, follow-ups and revenue projections.
• Track industry trends, brand campaigns and emerging opportunities.
• Take ownership of monthly and quarterly business targets.
